What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Through Relationships

What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Through Relationships
- Build and own a book of referral partners
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships that generate consistent work
- Execute a high-volume schedule of in-person visits
- Attend networking events and community events
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns
- Use CRM tools to track pipeline and activity
- Track leads and referrals
- Continuously improve performance
- Strong referral network
- Consistent lead flow
- High market visibility
- Measurable revenue contribution
- Highly driven and competitive
- Outgoing and confident
- Strong communicator
- Self-motivated and independent
- 2 years in sales or business development
- Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus
- CRM and communication skills
- Bi-lingual is a plus
