Construction success starts with precision—and you’re the one who brings everything together.
This is not a field role. This is a thinking, planning, and communication role.
When a homeowner experiences a disaster, they are overwhelmed and just want their home back. This role exists to bring order, clarity, and forward momentum through systems, schedules, documentation, and communication.
We are seeking a high-detail, high-accountability professional who understands construction and is highly comfortable working on a computer, managing schedules, communicating with customers, and making decisions that keep jobs moving.
If you prefer being in the field, managing crews, or working primarily with your hands—this role is not for you.
Does This Sound Like You?
You are decisive and comfortable making decisions without waiting for permission.
You are highly organized and think several steps ahead.
You are confident working on a computer most of the day.
You write clear, professional emails and document accurately.
You understand construction sequencing, materials, and terminology.
You are comfortable communicating with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
You thrive when chaos exists—and your job is to create order.
You prefer owning systems, schedules, and workflows rather than supervising labor.
You are detail-driven and expect accuracy from yourself and others.
