Restoration Estimator

When disaster strikes, people need more than a contractor — they need a trusted professional to guide them through recovery. As a Restoration Estimator, you’ll inspect damaged homes and businesses, scope accurate estimates, and help rebuild what matters most.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and people — someone who values doing the job right and being there when others need them most.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial losses (fire, water, storm).
- Write detailed Xactimate estimates and secure projects for production.
- Communicate clearly with property owners, adjusters, and team members.
- Manage supplements, change orders, and scope documentation.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet service standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation for new emergencies (rotating schedule).
- Earning Potential: Base Commission — typical earnings $70,000–$100,000 (no cap).
- Growth: Paid training through Paul Davis University and mentorship from industry leaders.
- Tools: Company vehicle, phone, laptop, and gas reimbursement.

- Clear, confident communication — especially under pressure.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant construction/restoration experience.
- IICRC or Lead-Safe certification preferred — training provided for the right candidate.
