We're looking for a Technical Specialist who thrives on problem-solving, technology, and supporting teams behind the scenes to help deliver exceptional results for our customers.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technology, construction, estimating support, documentation management, and field-based technical services. You'll work closely with our Sales, Production, and Leadership teams to provide the technical expertise that helps projects move efficiently from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Support Sales, Estimating, and Production teams with technical project needs
- Create sketches, floor plans, and estimate support documents using industry software
- Utilize Matterport and Beacon 3D/Hover technology to capture property data
- Assist with Xactimate estimate development and documentation
- Upload and organize photos, scans, and project information
- Maintain documentation within RMS and other company systems
- Support compliance requirements for insurance and third-party programs
- Stay current on restoration technologies, building materials, and industry best practices
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Assist with special projects and initiatives that support company growth
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn new software, tools, and industry practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, estimating, or a related field
- Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, Matterport, Hover, RMS, or similar platforms
- Building construction knowledge
- College degree or relevant industry experience
- IICRC certifications or willingness to obtain them
