What does a Restoration Estimator (RE) with Paul Davis do?
- Serve your community when it needs it the most
- Create thoughtful and accurate estimates by required deadlines
- Serve as a critical member of the operations team supporting the Mitigation and Reconstruction Project Managers
- Learn new things daily about scoping and signing construction projects

Restoration Estimators work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a desk RE, you will build relationships with insurance professionals, TPA partners, and corporate as an integral part of the operations team.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 a year based on experience and certifications
- Commission based on estimating volume

Job Responsibilities:
- Create optimized and accurate residential and commercial mitigation, contents and repairs estimates using Xactimate and Symbility
- Managing work through completion communicating progress with project managers, adjusters, and TPAs
- Create accurate scopes, very few over/under scopes
- Meet all compliance and timing expectations for carrier and TPA partners
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
Qualifications (Requirements):
- 3 years restoration estimating experience
- Proficient with industry estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility)
- Proficient with variety of current technology
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Resourcefulness, especially in the face of challenges
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
- Dedication to customer service
- Self-motivated to get results
- Loves working with people and enjoys estimating software
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
