Day in the life...
- Morning Huddle
- Set production goals for the day
- Work with 2-3 other employees to execute on the production cleaning of customers personal property items
- Document your work produce, inventory items accordingly
- On your feet for an entire day, moving from station to station producing work in a timely, efficient and profitable manner
- Bending, lifting, stooping and carrying boxes, items and furniture throughout the day
- Prep for the next day
- Other duties as required
Results Expected:
- Daily jobs are completed fully within the allotted amount of time.
- Communications with team supervisor and accurate and detailed job file documentation
- Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations.
- Equipment, and facilities remain clean, organized, and working properly each day
Compensation - $20 - $25 an hour depending on experience
