Role Description This full-time Social Media Manager role is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms to increase brand awareness, support lead generation, and highlight restoration services and community impact. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing a social media content calendar, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for each platform, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data. The role also involves engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with local leadership to promote services and campaigns, and ensuring brand voice and visuals are consistent with company guidelines. The Social Media Manager will stay current with platform trends and best practices and recommend new approaches to improve reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing business accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning posts with marketing goals.
- Experience analyzing social media performance data and using insights to refine campaigns and improve results.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) or coordinating with creative resources to produce visual content.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing the brand professionally in online interactions.
