What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for all new losses—every call is a claim intake.
- Capture detailed, accurate information to create new claims within our CRM.
- Assess urgency, identify sales opportunities, and escalate appropriately.
- Dispatch to internal teams quickly and clearly to ensure a rapid response.
- Communicate efficiently with customers, technicians, estimators, and leadership.
- Maintain flawless documentation in Microsoft 365 and RMS systems.
- Support operational workflow through scheduling, follow-ups, and recordkeeping.
- Protect confidentiality and accuracy in all claim-related communication.
