Role Description This full-time, on-site Mitigation Technician role is based in Clinton, CT. The Mitigation Technician is responsible for responding to property damage incidents, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, and performing water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup according to company standards and safety protocols. Daily tasks include assessing damage, removing affected materials, documenting work with photos and notes, and maintaining clean, organized job sites. The role involves regular interaction with customers, explaining the mitigation process, and working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Technicians may be required to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts to support emergency responses.
