💼 Position DetailsJob Type: Full-Time
Pay: $50,000 – $100,000 per year (Base Commission, no cap)
Schedule: On-call as scheduled (includes weekends & holidays)
Reports To: Emergency Recovery Manager
Location: Looking for Lancaster, berks or Lehigh Valley areas.
🚗 What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for property owners after emergencies
- Consult with homeowners, adjusters, first responders, and community leaders
- Secure mitigation work to stabilize and protect damaged properties
- Build trust and long-term relationships within the community
- Participate in local community and restoration-related events
- Monitor and report to incoming emergencies
- Represent Paul Davis with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Serve people during critical moments in their lives
