What You’ll Do

- Track project progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues appropriately
- Coordinate schedules for teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Communicate consistently with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partners
- Monitor timelines and ensuring all phases meet company standards
- Support cost tracking and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and insurance-related requirements
- Follow escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns
- Identify inefficiencies and supporting continuous process improvement
