Emergency Recovery Coordinator
$70,000 - $85,000 per year

You will be representing and selling the comprehensive services and full range of restoration solutions offered by Paul Davis, a leader in complete restoration and recovery.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters.
  • Quickly assess damage and the client’s needs, offering support and direction.
  • Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients.
  • Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care.
  • Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
  • Proficient with a variety of current technology
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Relevant experience
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage time
  • Thrives under high-stress situations
  • Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Role on the Team
  • Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
  • Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
  • Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
  • On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Achieve and remain current in required certifications
  • Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
  • Support the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values
Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Four plus years’ experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance
  • Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
