Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Houston, TX is seeking a Mitigation Estimator to prepare estimates for residential mitigation losses. Job Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience preparing estimates with Xactimate and/or Symbility.
- Experience working with various Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance carriers.
- Ability to prepare a high volume of mitigation estimates and to understand the different TPA and insurance carrier guidelines.
- Experience preparing mold remediation estimates (not required but preferred).
- Team player who enjoys working with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers to complete timely and accurate estimates.
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
Team Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary based on experience, plus quarterly bonus structure.
- Ten (10) days of paid time off (PTO) per year.
