Role Description The Large Loss Restoration Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hunt Valley, MD. This role manages large-scale restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project plans, overseeing field teams and subcontractors, managing client communication, and maintaining detailed documentation of work performed. The Project Manager conducts site inspections, monitors quality and compliance with industry standards, and collaborates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and internal departments to resolve issues and keep projects moving efficiently. The role also involves overseeing logistics related to materials, equipment, and scheduling to support timely restoration and reconstruction activities.
