Role Description The Large Loss Restoration Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hunt Valley, MD. This role manages large-scale restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project plans, overseeing field teams and subcontractors, managing client communication, and maintaining detailed documentation of work performed. The Project Manager conducts site inspections, monitors quality and compliance with industry standards, and collaborates with insurance adjusters, property owners, and internal departments to resolve issues and keep projects moving efficiently. The role also involves overseeing logistics related to materials, equipment, and scheduling to support timely restoration and reconstruction activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors for large loss projects.
• Candidates should possess inspection skills to evaluate damage, monitor work quality, and verify compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage timelines, and optimize project workflows.
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or property damage mitigation, particularly with large loss or complex projects, is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency with project management software, basic computer applications, and digital documentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally to job sites as required.
• Relevant certifications or training in restoration, construction management, or related fields are a plus.
