Restoration Project Manager Lead Residential and Commercial Recovery in North New Jersey (Ironbound)

You will serve as a foundational leader for a high-growth restoration startup, overseeing diverse projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role offers the unique chance to shape the operational standards of a new office while managing the full lifecycle of complex property recovery.

• Execute detailed project estimates using Xactimate to ensure accurate scoping and budget alignment.

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to maintain strict project timelines and quality standards.

• Administer comprehensive restoration plans for residential, commercial, and government facilities.

• Direct daily field operations to ensure all work meets safety protocols and industry-specific regulations.

• Monitor project profitability and resource allocation to maximize results for the East Essex branch.

• Facilitate clear communication between property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal production teams.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Xactimate estimating software for restoration or construction projects.

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in restoration or project management.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

• Absolute willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to various project sites.

• Completion of a trade program or a technical certification in a relevant construction field.

• Advanced knowledge of IICRC standards and restoration industry best practices.

• Previous experience in a startup environment or building new operational workflows is a plus.
