About the RoleWe’re looking for an HR Business Partner to support assigned business groups across the Paul Davis network. This role blends employee relations, compliance, and workforce analytics to help leaders make informed decisions and strengthen the employee experience.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary HR partner for designated business groups.
- Use workforce analytics (turnover, retention, employee feedback) to identify trends and guide leaders.
- Build and deliver a strong onboarding program that supports new hires beyond Day 1.
- Support compensation processes including COLA reviews and incentive programs.
- Coach managers on pay practices, equity, and adjustments.
- Partner with Payroll and HR Operations to ensure smooth employee transitions and accurate records.
- Provide policy guidance, troubleshooting, and employee relations support; assist with investigations.
- Resolve HR requests submitted through the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
- Recommend process improvements aligned with Paul Davis HR strategies.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; manage assigned HR Compliance Calendar tasks.
- Maintain HR data, compile reports, and analyze metrics (turnover, time‑to‑hire, hiring costs).
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Strong HR generalist or HRBP experience.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Confidence coaching leaders and navigating employee relations.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
