Position Overview
The Part-Time Office Assistant will play an important role in keeping our office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable learning new software quickly, and experienced with bookkeeping and collections. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. The ideal candidate will be available 2-3 of those days/hours, up to 6 hours each day.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and office tasks
- Assist with incoming calls, emails, and job documentation
- Support bookkeeping functions, including data entry into QuickBooks
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) collections, follow-ups, and payment tracking
- Organize files, forms, and project documentation
- Learn and utilize industry-specific software and platforms
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proficiency with QuickBooks required
- Experience with AR collections strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- In person office based, Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
