Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager in Daytona Beach, FL. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from initiation to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and resources to ensure high-quality outcomes. They will coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 10 years' Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
- Comprehensive knowledge in Construction Management and operational processes
- Strong skills in general Project Management, including planning and execution
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and manage resources effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the commercial construction industry is a must
