As a second-generation State Farm agent who was born and raised right here in Santa Barbara, this work has always been a part of my life. - Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
