Join our dynamic accounting team providing specialized financial services to law, architecture, and engineering firms. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in the financial management of many firms. You will:
- Record transactions in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
- Download and save supporting documents.
- Support and collaborate with firm managers, CFOs, and other key stakeholders to address financial needs and other responsibilities as needed.

Work Schedule Expectations
This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. 30 hours should be worked between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The remaining 10 hours per week can be completed in the evenings, weekends, or during regular business hours. A secure, interruption-free home office setup is essential.

Education / Experience
- A few college courses in accounting or an associate's degree in accounting would be a big plus, but are not required.
- Minimum of 12 months of bookkeeping experience.
Software Skills
- Minimum of 12 months of experience using QuickBooks Online
- Experience using tools like Slack, Snagit, and Outlook
- Experience with payroll tools like Gusto, Paychex, QB Payroll, or other payroll processing software
