The Project Manager Assistant position is responsible for bidding and managing powder coating projects to ensure customer care and promote the Keystone Koating brand. The Project Manager Assistant is expected to be thorough and reliable throughout the powder coating process while supporting and building Paul B. Zimmerman Inc.'s values and mission.
Part-Time Schedule

Requirements
- Provide clear, professional communication to customers and internal parties
- Assist in the definition of project scope, goals, and deadlines to create competitive quotes
- Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities
- Understand the Company's capabilities, capacity, and limitations
- Be responsible for the coordination of all information pertaining to and the status of the project
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project for all parties involved as needed in order to meet timeline commitments
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior knowledge of the powder coating process
- Basic MS apps (Excel, Word)
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing prints
- Google apps (Gmail, Docs, etc)
