This Night Shift Retail Stocking Team Lead involves participating in all store replenishment functions, such as stocking, back stocking, and location auditing, to ensure accurate product reception and stocking for customers. The Night Shift Retail Stocking Team Lead will support the supervisor by helping set and achieve team goals, maintaining spreadsheets, and optimizing product flow for warehouse and sales team efficiency. This position entails attending leadership meetings, providing feedback on employee performance, fostering team communication and camaraderie, and overseeing daily employee responsibilities, as well as other assigned tasks.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Four-day work week
• Monday - Thursday 7:30pm - 6:00am
