The Accounts Receivable Clerk's primary objective is to assist with the daily accounts receivable processes and assist other departments with courteous, prompt, and professional service. Some of the daily tasks include:
- Applying customer payments
- Balance registers
- Answer accounts receivable calls
- Open and sort mail
- Process and scan sales tax exemption forms
- Process new account applications and assist with new account set-up
- Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
- Assist customers with account questions
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 5-day work week
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
