Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance products
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Previous insurance agency experience (Required)
- Proven ability to generate new business
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
