Duties

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and other confections, following established recipes and standards
• Decorate cakes and desserts with precision, creativity, and attention to detail to meet customer expectations
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, knives, and other baking tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety management protocols and sanitation standards
• Support high-volume production demands while ensuring consistency in quality across all products
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements

• Experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a commercial kitchen or food industry setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• High-volume production experience with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace and following all health regulations
• Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence

Pay: $11.00 - $11.50 per hour
