Pay: From $16.00/hour

Job-Type: Part-Time (24 hours) and Casual (less than 19 hours)

Pau Hana Bar in Foodland Farms Pearl City is looking for Bar Backs to join our team. We are seeking high energy, creative professionals who have bar experience and are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.

Barbacks must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and department/company standard operating procedures. Barbacks assist bartenders and bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, and must also ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Barbacks must be able to maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code. Bar staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, goals and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• previous bar experience preferred
• experience working in a high-volume food service establishment preferred
• Must have TB Clearance
