This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Director of Business Development, based in Santa Fe, NM, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Director will oversee new business development efforts, create actionable business plans, and manage lead generation strategies. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiation, account management, and fostering long-term client relationships. The individual will play a strategic role in driving growth and expanding market presence.
- Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Planning
- Demonstrated skills in Contract Negotiation and fostering strategic partnerships
- Strong experience in Account Management and cultivating lasting client relationships
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
