We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, storing, and tracking materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or storage facility
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Store materials in designated locations and maintain inventory organization
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Pay: $24.80 - $29.90 per hour
