Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
Skills
- Experience in the food industry, particularly within restaurant or catering environments.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and meal preparation techniques is preferred.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Thursday: 7am - 7pm
- Friday: 7am - 8pm
- Saturday: 7am - 7pm
- Sunday: 7am - 2pm
