Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Structure
Required Certifications/Licensing: Certified by Missouri POST and/or meets the Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act (LEOSA) federal firearm qualification standards. Must hold or will obtain a St. Louis County Armed Security License and provide a firearms qualification certificate each year for whichever license is applicable.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations to verify student residency within district boundaries.
- Perform home visits, interviews, and comprehensive document reviews to assess residency claims.
- Conduct surveillance to verify residency.
- Coordinate and collaborate on residency verification issues with the Student Service Team as well as the Students in Transition Team.
- Maintain detailed records of investigations, including findings, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Investigate the legal residences of students/parents enrolled in the District with affidavits of residency.
- Collaborate with administrative and school staff to resolve residency investigations.
- Educate families on residency requirements and provide clear guidance on acceptable documentation.
- Ensure all investigations are conducted in strict accordance with district policies and applicable laws.
- Reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services and the Director of Student Services.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a field with similar duties and responsibilities preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field investigations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Student Information systems.
- Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal laws related to student enrollment, residency, and homelessness.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, district policies, and confidentiality requirements related to student records.
- Demonstrated knowledge of admissions, enrollment, residency documents and student records for a school district.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with administrators, staff, and the community.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to follow-up and organize multiple enrollment related investigations and inquiries concurrently.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively as a member of the Student Services team.
