The Opportunity
As part of the Patton Logistics family of businesses, RCPA supports business owners across the country in the logistics industry to save time and money through our fuel card services and trusted vendor partnerships.
This role is responsible for prospecting new business opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound calls, engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and providing an elite level of support and service while promoting all of the opportunities our organization can offer them.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 60 daily outbound prospecting calls to fleet and logistics business owners
- Qualify leads and build relationships with decision-makers around fuel management needs
- Strategically reach out to & follow up with leads in a timely manner, including pre & post events, online and phone inquiries, as well as cold calls
- Log and track activity in Salesforce and hit weekly/monthly sales targets and account activation goals
- Maintain client relationships during onboarding to ensure successful activation
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of business development or sales-related experience
- Familiarity with fleet management and fuel expense optimization is a plus
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Outgoing, persuasive, and supportive communication style
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Additional Details
- Compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, flexible/unlimited PTO, and employer-sponsored health insurance plans
- This position is primarily in-office at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN, with some work-from-home capability available based on needs and performance
