Job Posting: Part-Time Janitor / Commercial CleanerLocation
- Fairmont, WV (Single-site position)
- Pay Rate: $14.00 / hour
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday evenings, plus one weekend per month.
- Hours: * Standard week: 30 hours
- Weekend rotation week: 36 hours
Consistent with basic janitorial and commercial cleaning work, including but not limited to:
- Waste Management: Removal of trash and replacing can liners.
- Surface Care: Dusting, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping/mopping hard surface floors.
- Facility Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms.
- Detailing: Cleaning interior glass and windows.
- Inventory & Storage: Maintaining the janitor closet and assigned storage areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all cleaning equipment is kept in proper operating condition and reporting issues.
- Team Support: Assisting the project crew with periodic specialized project work as needed.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns and facility deficiencies promptly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours.
- Capability to handle the physical demands of standard janitorial tasks (walking, standing, lifting, bending).
