We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications.
- Set up and dismantle formwork and scaffolding using hand tools and power tools, ensuring stability and safety.
- Install rebar reinforcement following blueprint specifications to strengthen concrete structures.
- Operate concrete pumps, mixers, cutting tools, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, form panels, and concrete bags while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris, securing tools, and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in concrete-related roles is highly preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring techniques, finishing processes, and concrete cutting methods.
- Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications for successful project execution.
