What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Pattison Aerator Repair LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service to customers in the field
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of industrial equipment
- Perform installations and upgrades of equipment and systems
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and equipment documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site
Experience:
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Strong background in industrial maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and industrial electrical systems
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Proven experience in field service, preferably in a similar industry
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
