Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with consumer protection litigation, e.g., claims arising under the FCRA, TCPA, TILA, FDUPTA, FDCPA, and/or FCCPA. The role offers a path to equity partnership for high-performing candidates. Compensation is based on experience and performance. Remote, in-person, or hybrid work options available.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of state and federal cases.
- Handle case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Handle state and federal hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in Florida.
- Proficiency in the rules of civil procedure and compliance.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve cases independently.
- Minimum three years of experience.
