What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Sales Consultant position at Patterson Company, LLC?
Patterson Company is growing with new neighborhoods coming soon in Davidson, Rutherford, and Wilson County. New Home Sales Consultants (NSC) are assigned to a new construction neighborhood to represent the builder in the sale of new homes - both pre-sales prior to construction and market homes that are in process or completed homes. The NSC represents Patterson Company in a decorated model home with posted open house hours typically 10am to 5pm on three weekdays, 10am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 1pm to 5pm on Sundays. Compensation is commission-based.
Responsibilities
- Meet established sales goals.
- Responsible for the sales process including prospecting, lead follow-up, qualifying buyers, selection of floorplan/homesite/options, sales contract paperwork, and closing.
- Maintain market knowledge regarding competitors.
- Consult with management regarding marketing and merchandising strategies
- Record daily traffic information and follow up with potential customers
- Maintain current pricing and listing information including base price, home site premiums, and options. All collateral, floor plans, marketing material, and communications (emails, flyers, verbal, etc) must accurately reflect the most recent information.
- Daily upkeep of the model, market homes, and on-site signage to keep "first class" presentation condition. All supplies, cleaning, and maintenance needs should be reported immediately to the appropriate party.
- Partner with the construction project manager in the assigned neighborhood to set expectations with homebuyers
Qualifications
Tennessee Real Estate Commission license in good standing
