Parts Sales Specialist
Role Description
This is a full- time onsite role for a Parts Sales Specialist at Patterson Volkswagen located in Tyler, TX. As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling automotive parts to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated inventory records for the parts department. You will be able to use the exclusive electronic parts catalog Etka to use diagrams to identify the parts to sell for your customers. Answering outside calls from individuals to independent shops is required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in parts sales, service, or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in pc applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Acute problem-solving skills
- Solid punctuality
