JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives
- Promote brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives
- Create marketing materials for websites, presentations, and other marketing platforms
- Support marketing efforts including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning
- Analyze marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to support communication and branding initiatives
- Maintain marketing content and materials across multiple platforms
- Support ongoing process improvements and marketing strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and CMS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and identify trends

- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts (especially LinkedIn)
- Experience planning and executing corporate or customer-facing events
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex service offerings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
