Detailed Description
- Call on all rigs within the assigned area with consistency and professionalism
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers and company representatives
- Grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory
- Capture accurate performance data and achieve a minimum of 95% monthly bit record collection meeting quality standards
- Maintain 100% inventory accountability through proper documentation and procedures
- Complete and submit all required reports including daily reports, expense reports, vehicle inspections, and revenue reporting by established deadlines
- Maintain open daily communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District Managers
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of market conditions including customer activity, rig count, market share, drilling conditions, and future opportunities
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop forecasts to support sales strategies and revenue goals
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and properly serviced company vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance as directed by management
- Continually learn about applications and Ulterra products and coach or train others as needed
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Minimum of five years of field sales or related industry experience
