- Oversee and coordinate equipment maintenance and repair projects, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase product quality.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Requirements:
- 5 years' relevant oil and gas work experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, or field service environment of industrial equipment.
- State-issued driver's license and eligibility to drive a Company vehicle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
