Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic fracturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot switchgear, breakers, transformers, motors, drives and power distribution systems.
- Maintain PLCs, protective relays, control systems and networks.
- Install, test and repair electrical and electronic components.
- Drive to field locations for emergency repairs.
- Train and mentor technicians.
- Maintain safety, QHSE compliance, records and documentation.
- Medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems
- Electrical testing equipment and diagnostics
- Instrumentation and controls
- Electrical schematics, blueprints and P&IDs
- Networking and radio communications
- Microsoft Office
- NFPA 70E and IEEE 1584
- Leadership and communication skills
- Preferred: Associate Degree in related field
- Required: 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Required: Valid Driver License
- Preferred: Journeyman Electrician designation
