JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and track necessary parts as repairs are performed
- Set up master equipment record (maintenance records, work orders, meter readings, unity costing reports, and tracking major components)
- Receive and enter all maintenance work orders and process through CMMS
- Maintain truck files with NexTier's CMMS in accordance with DOT compliance and company policies.
- Maintain Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) Files
- Maintain Fleet registrations within NexTier's CMMS.
- Maintain tracking system for maintenance/repair hours per mechanic.
- Schedule maintenance and follow up per piece of equipment.
- Work with local management to create local procedures to enhance efficiencies.
- Maintain monthly cost tracking for maintenance including the tracking of all maintenance purchase orders.
- General clerical assistance to the maintenance manager.
- Fleet administration, tracking and reporting.
- Working with finance to ensure proper accounting procedures for fleet management.
- Coordination with purchasing and receiving departments.
- Work with maintenance department to stay on target.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of DOT compliance (preferred)
- General knowledge of data entry

- H.S. Diploma
- 5 years
- Valid Driver's license - required
