Compensation:
Annual salary of $30,000 based on experience.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting RV parts, accessories, and maintenance products through knowledgeable guidance and active listening
- Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, conducting inventory control, and utilizing inventory management systems

- Maintain organized store displays and stock levels, ensuring all products are properly labeled and accessible
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Work closely with service technicians to keep repairs moving without delays
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments with professionalism
- Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing of customer requests and special orders
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette, assisting with product returns or exchanges
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people (bilingual is a plus)
- Comfortable with computers, systems, and data entry
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control processes
- Prior dealership or retail sales experience in automotive or RV parts is preferred
- Experience with inventory management tools such as CMMS or similar systems is preferred
