Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain HVAC Systems in accordance with company standards and manufacture recommendations in both residential and commercial buildings.
- Expertly diagnose HVAC failures and provide repair options.
- Follow company dispatching procedures before, during, and after calls.
- Properly submit paperwork and payments to office staff next business day.
- Keep company vehicle clean and properly maintained.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
- Customer service skills to communicate with homeowners and project managers to provide comprehensive and excellent customer service.
- Utilization of Service Titan from Start to End.
Qualifications
- ACR License is prefered (but not required)
- 3 years of HVAC Servicing experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC ssues effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Clean driving record and current driver's license
- Strong customer-facing skills: Must be comfortable and professional when interacting with clients, explaining technical issues clearly, and presenting solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Admin Staff, Sales) to achieve shared goals
- Good computer skills: know how to work on an iPad and with basic software programs, knowledge of Service Titan plus or an equivalent service program.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
