Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated HR & Administrative Coordinator to support Human Resources and administrative functions of the company. This role assists with employee onboarding, HR documentation, benefits administration, and general office coordination to ensure smooth internal operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
· Coordinate employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation scheduling
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
· Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee questions
· Help coordinate employee events, trainings, and company initiatives
· Assist with performance review documentation and HR processes
· Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Office & Administrative Support
· Provide general administrative support to leadership and office staff
· Coordinate company meetings, lunches, and internal events
· Support internal communications and document organization
· Help maintain company forms, templates, and internal resources
· Run company errands, including:
· Picking up or delivering materials
· Mailing packages
· Collecting marketing or office supplies
Event & Culture Support
· Assist with planning, organizing, and supporting company events such as:
· Golf outings
· Holiday parties
· Company lunches and meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Comfortable with significant computer-based work
· Highly organized, dependable, and self-sufficient
· Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
· Willingness to perform a variety of administrative and support duties, including errands
Preferred Experience
· Administrative or office support experience (construction or HR experience is a plus)
· Familiarity with HR processes or compliance documentation is helpful but not required
