Patterson RV is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Paint & Body Technician to join our growing Service Department. Responsibilities

· Repair collision and cosmetic damage on recreational vehicles.

· Perform body panel replacement, fiberglass repair, and structural repairs.

· Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and filling as needed.

· Mix and apply automotive-grade paints and finishes to manufacturer specifications.

· Blend paint to achieve seamless color matches.

· Buff, polish, and finish painted surfaces to a high-quality standard.

· Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet dealership quality standards.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.

· Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status.

· Follow all dealership safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

· Previous automotive, RV, or collision repair experience required.

· Experience with fiberglass repair and refinishing is strongly preferred.

· Knowledge of body repair techniques, sanding, masking, priming, painting, and finishing.

· Ability to use body shop equipment and hand tools safely.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

Experience:

· Paint & Body Repair: 2 years (Preferred)

· Automotive, Collision, or RV Repair: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

· Driver’s License (Required)
