Duties and Responsibilities:
Rehab Aide (Primary Responsibilities)
- Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.
- Support patient care under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate.
- Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of therapy spaces.
- Prepare treatment supplies and assist with daily clinic flow.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Front Office Support
- Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Assist with patient scheduling and therapist calendars as needed.
- Support patient check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
- Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist with general office operations, documentation, and communication with patients and providers.
- Provide coverage for the Front Office Coordinator, as needed.
Requirements

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Healthcare, customer service, administrative, or therapy support experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
