Job Summary
Patterson Clean Living Services is looking for cleaners that can start work around 7:30 am. As a Cleaner at Patterson Clean Living Services LLC, your responsibility would be to assist the team with the cleaning and disinfecting of the client’s facility. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform buffing and floor care tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing manual labor for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
