About the Role
Patterson Cellars is hiring a Tasting Room Manager to oversee both of our Woodinville tasting room locations. This role is ideal for a strong operator who can lead across multiple spaces, build team culture, and ensure consistency in service, sales, and execution.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Vice President/Managing Partner, this role is responsible for managing operations across both Woodinville tasting rooms. You will lead staff, drive sales performance, and ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience at both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across both Woodinville tasting room locations
- Lead, coach, and develop staff across multiple teams, ensuring consistency in service and sales approach
- Create and manage staffing schedules across both locations
- Drive wine sales and wine club growth through team leadership and accountability
- Ensure proper inventory management, POS functionality, and daily financial reporting
- Coordinate staffing and execution of events, tours, and large group experiences
- Partner with Sales & Operations and Marketing to align on promotions, pricing, and programming
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest experience across both spaces
- Act as the primary point of communication for Woodinville operations in leadership meetings
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- 1 year of team management experience
- Retail experience required; wine industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be 21 with (or able to obtain) MAST Permit and Food Handler’s Permit
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
