Join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care setting as an overnight RN. This role is ideal for an experienced RN with strong LTC leadership skills who can provide clinical oversight, support nursing staff, and ensure quality resident care throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts.
- Coordinate and oversee resident care in the Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Assess residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote resident safety and quality care standards.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and clinical oversight as needed.
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Minimum 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) RN experience.
- Strong LTC leadership and supervisory experience.
- Must work every other weekend.
- Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care environment.
- Overnight leadership position.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- No on-call requirement.
